Our content and yours

The text, graphics, logos and design of this site belong to the Foundation or are used with permission. You’re welcome to share links to our pages and quote short extracts with credit. Please don’t reproduce substantial parts of the site, or use our name or logo, without written permission.

Statistics and programme figures on this site are reported in good faith and updated periodically; they may be revised as our measurement improves.

Partnerships, volunteering and enrolment

Enquiries made through our contact form — to partner, volunteer, coach, or enrol a child — are invitations to start a conversation, not binding agreements. Any partnership, volunteer role or programme place is confirmed separately and in writing. Programme places are subject to eligibility, safeguarding checks and availability.

What we can’t promise

We work to keep the site accurate, secure and available, but we provide it "as is" and can’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, the Foundation isn’t liable for loss arising from use of the site or from external sites we link to (including Formspree, Google Maps and social platforms), which have their own terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.
